Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC on their own. Phones that don't can scan the QR code instead.
Which phones work with a tap?
Most iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards and most Android phones with NFC switched on. The QR code covers everyone else.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The NFC chip is powered by the phone that taps it, so there's nothing to charge.
Where do I put them?
Anywhere customers pause: the till, reception, tables, the door, or with your staff.
